Joan Unterschuetz
Joan has been leading workshops, consulting, and modeling leadership and facilitation concepts for over 30 years. Her passion is looking towards the edge of what's possible and sharing that possibility with others through theory and application. An avid reader is an understatement, as she weaves a dialog between all corners of the latest learnings in science, biology, psychology, and philosophy.
Today, leaders in the industry often come up to Joan and say, "You were right!" and she smiles while inviting them to lean more and more into those once-controversial ideas of collaborative leadership and co-created facilitative models.
Andreas Unterschuetz
Andreas is passionate about the details and ensuring that the learning will fit for everybody. He continues to dive into the 'why' and 'how' behind difficult concepts until a common language and process can be created and understood.
Andreas finds the creative process to be a rewarding and therapeutic combination of fluid expression and technical configuration. His creative genius allows us to display complex topics with beautiful and intuitive visual models.
Alison Dennis
Alison is incredibly future-focused with a strong bias towards action. She's able to hold both the big and small picture at the same time to bridge gaps in our understanding and to quickly synthesize new information into application.
Alison is a game changer with a big vision, motivated by the belief that empathy and a shared language has the ability to empower and deeply connect strangers and friends alike. Generous, rebellious, creative and complex, her influence and imagination (and note-taking skills) significantly shapes our best work.
